A contact CSV without documents, message history, attachments, property links, or financial detail is not a full exit. Ask for the export inventory and format of each dataset.
Run a restore test
Open the files, count records, sample relationships, verify dates and currency precision, and confirm that attachments are named or mapped correctly.
Ask about cancellation
Document the export request process, time limit, cost, deletion schedule, backup retention, and whether users remain able to sign in during the transition.
