Collect only what the workflow needs, explain it to workers, provide visible controls, limit access, and delete historical detail when it no longer serves a legitimate purpose. Local employment and privacy rules may apply.

Arrival does not prove the repair or cleaning was done. Pair location with checklist status, notes, photos, and accountable sign-off.
