Score by frequency and risk
A workflow performed daily or capable of causing financial, legal, or safety harm deserves priority. A feature used twice a year should not control the purchase unless it removes major risk.
Separate existence from usability
A checkbox on a pricing page does not prove the workflow works. Test how information enters, who owns the next step, what evidence closes it, and how it appears in reports.
Confirm professional requirements
Trust accounting, screening, legal notices, payment handling, and worker location can carry jurisdiction-specific obligations. Verify those requirements with qualified professionals.
