AutoBot Privacy Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

This policy applies to AutoBot - Multi-Platform Publisher, the Chrome Web Store extension operated by JHA Solutions.

What AutoBot does

AutoBot helps you prepare, review, and publish media and captions that you select to your own accounts on supported social platforms. Every publishing run requires your review and explicit confirmation.

Information processed on your device

After you accept AutoBot's first-run data disclosure, AutoBot processes the media, caption, destinations, audience settings, and schedule choices you provide. On supported websites, it reads and interacts with the page controls needed to prepare and submit the confirmed post. Drafts, preferences, quota state, recent publishing results, and the installation binding are stored in this browser's local extension storage so the workflow survives panel closes and browser restarts.

AutoBot does not ask for or store your social-media passwords, export browser cookies, collect unrelated browsing history, sell personal information, or use your content for advertising.

Information sent to JHA Solutions

AutoBot sends the minimum information needed to activate and operate the service: a random installation identifier and activation token, extension version and ID, entitlement and subscription status requests, quota events, destination platform category, success or failure status, a brief failure reason, and request identifiers and timestamps used to prevent duplicate or abusive requests. Network requests necessarily reveal an IP address to our server and hosting provider.

Your selected media, captions, social-media passwords, cookies, page contents, private messages, and general browsing history are not sent to JHA Solutions.

Prominent disclosure and consent

Before AutoBot creates an installation binding, contacts the AutoBot service, reads a selected media file, or starts a publishing workflow, the extension shows an in-product disclosure describing what stays on the device, what is sent to JHA Solutions, and what is not sent. AutoBot remains inactive until you choose Agree and continue. The accepted disclosure version and time are stored locally so a materially changed disclosure can be shown again.

Who receives information

JHA Solutions and its hosting provider receive the limited operational information described above. The hosting provider necessarily processes connection information such as IP address to deliver and secure the service. If you choose a paid subscription, Paddle receives the checkout and billing information you provide directly and returns subscription and transaction status to JHA Solutions. When you confirm a post, the selected content is provided directly to the social platform destination through the account already signed in within your browser.

Supported websites and host access

The Store extension is limited to Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, X/Twitter, YouTube Studio, TikTok, and the AutoBot service endpoints on jhasolutions.com. Social-site access is used only to provide the publishing action you review and confirm. AutoBot does not download or execute remote code.

Payments

Paddle processes optional subscription payments and provides transaction and subscription status to JHA Solutions. JHA Solutions and the extension do not receive or store full payment-card details.

Storage and retention

Local drafts and publishing state remain on your device until you remove them, complete the related workflow, clear extension data, or uninstall AutoBot. The activation binding is not stored in Chrome Sync. When an older installation is updated, AutoBot may make a one-time local migration of its previous binding and remove that old Chrome Sync entry. Installation, entitlement, quota, security, and billing records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve billing or security disputes.

Your choices and rights

You control the content and destinations used in every publishing run. You can remove drafts, clear extension data, uninstall AutoBot, cancel an optional subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data through JHA Solutions support.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

AutoBot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information is used only to provide or improve the user-facing AutoBot publishing features described here and is not used for personalized advertising, credit decisions, or sale to third parties.

Security

Service communication uses HTTPS. Installations use random credentials and server-side request validation. Server secrets and payment credentials are not included in the extension package.

Contact

For privacy questions or data requests, use the public JHA Solutions contact page. Do not send passwords, cookies, payment-card numbers, or private account tokens.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. We will not expand the use of personal data beyond the purposes described here without an updated disclosure and any consent required by law.
