AutoBot Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AutoBot, a browser publishing tool operated by JHA Solutions. By using AutoBot, you agree to these terms.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the content you select, and every destination you approve. You must have the rights and permissions required to publish that content and must follow each destination's rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use AutoBot to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, spam, or unsolicited content; evade platform restrictions or safety controls; access another person's account; misrepresent the sender or destination; or interfere with AutoBot or any supported service. You must review and intentionally approve the content and every intended destination before each publishing run.
Third-party services
AutoBot works with independent social websites through accounts already signed in within your browser. Their availability, interfaces, policies, and account decisions are outside JHA Solutions' control. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
YouTube Studio
YouTube publishing uses the packaged extension adapter in the YouTube Studio tab already signed in within your browser. AutoBot does not request Google OAuth access. Your use of YouTube remains governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Paid access renews at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Paddle processes payments, taxes, receipts, and available payment methods. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally refund time already provided, except where required by law.
Privacy and consent
AutoBot remains inactive until you accept its first-run data disclosure. The AutoBot Privacy Policy explains what is processed locally, what limited operational information is sent to JHA Solutions, who receives it, and your choices.
Service changes
Supported destinations may change when third-party services update their interfaces or policies. We may update AutoBot to maintain security, compliance, or functionality and may suspend access for misuse or material risk.
Disclaimers and liability
AutoBot is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JHA Solutions is not liable for third-party outages, account actions, lost reach or revenue, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
